What about shipping and delivery?

To be sure that packages are properly delivered and you receive your packages within the time frame we offer, please make sure you add your complete address properly. If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. after three attempts and we get no response, your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you.

If u realize that you entered your mailing information wrong, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP! If your order was placed on a weekend please contact us first thing MONDAY MORNING! We will try to fix the error, but if we are not successful we are NOT responsible for invalid information.

Shipping FEES are NONREFUNDABLE!

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly! Sashay does NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered!

REMINDER: You will receive shipping confirmation 5-7 business days from the day the order is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified , it can still take 3-4 days to process your order. This DOES NOT include weekends and holidays! When your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Your shipping amount is displayed at time of checkout.
